Standard Rate:           $0.45 per page

Standard turnaround time is 2 to 3 business days (double-spaced page of 25 lines)

** More than 25 lines per page: +$0.03 extra per page

Rush/Express Rate:     $0.65 per page   

Rush/Express turnaround time is less than 48 hours

Urgent/Expedited Rate:   $0.85 per page 

Urgent/Expedited turnaround time is less than 12 hours

** If possible, please give me as much advance notice as you can so I can adjust my schedule.

I don’t charge extra for weekend or Holiday work.

Expert/Medical/Technical Rate:       + $0.10 extra per page

** Transcripts that require heavy research are billed at my discretion

***** PLEASE NOTE: My business hours are 9:00am to 9:00pm.  If you send me your transcript after 9:00pm, the clock won’t start until 9:00am the following morning. (My rates are based on the time stamp of your email) Always include in your email when you need your transcript back. *****

Referral Discount: 

Please refer your colleagues to me!  I will give you a 20% discount on your next job (100 pages or less) when I receive a paid job from one of your referrals.  Please tell me ahead of time who you are referring so I can make sure your discount is applied.  Every time you refer a new client to me and they pay me for their first job, you’ll get the discount.  There is no limit on referrals!

** Any payment that is returned “UNPAID” by your lending institution will be subject to a $35.00 fee  (this fee is subject to change at my discretion)

INVOICING:

I will send you an invoice on the 1st of each month for the work completed during the previous month. (Please make sure I always have your most up-to-date e-mail address)

Payment is due within 30 days.

Any payment received after the 30 days is subject to a 10% LATE FEE that is calculated from the grand total of that invoice.

Please pay promptly.

** I reserve the right to decline new work from you until any past due balances are paid in full.
